As a Licensed Clinical Therapist I have worked for approximately 20 years with a diverse population. I have worked with adults, couples, families, elderly, children and teenagers. I specialize in issues pertaining to adults such as relationship issues, mild to moderate depression, anger, trauma, anxiety and lack of focus and self-esteem. I also specialize in issues pertaining to adolescents and children such as child anxiety, depression, social issues and low self-esteem. I realize that it is very important to be sensitive and supportive to people’s needs as well as their preferences.

I am a strong believer that people can benefit from counseling services by receiving the help and support they need. I believe every individual is unique and different therefore I have different techniques, methods and tools I use to better assist the individual. Thus, empowering and strengthening individuals and families and improving their overall well being and the quality of their lives.

How does therapy work?

Therapy gives you the opportunity to change your life by looking at how you are feeling, thinking, and interacting; and then bringing your behavior in line with your highest aspirations for yourself.

How do I know if I need counseling?

If you have areas in your life that you are struggling with, you could likely benefit from therapy. People who come to see me often are tired of struggling with their life issues, and want to find solutions to gain clairty, direction, and improve their thoughts and feelings along with the quality of their lives.

Where is your office located?

My office is conveniently located by the 405 freeway off Mac Arthur in Newport Beach. It is by the John Wayne Airport on Campus and Von Karman.

How frequently do you work with clients?

I usually work with my clients once a week, depending on the specifics of their lives and the issues they are working on. Clients can also come to me once every two weeks, once a month or on as needed basis.

Do you accept Health Insurance?

I currently accept Blue Shield, Blue Cross and United Behavioral Health. I do accept a few other health insurances as well. I recommend that you call your Health Insurance to confirm and to find out if you have a co-payment or deductible.
